15 Shortcut Keyboard in Microsoft Power Point - Of all the programs in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint probably one of the most widely program contains 'elements of art'. Therefore, PowerPoint is commonly used to display presentations, so that the presentation be more comfortable to the eye and easy to understand.

  1. F6: Move clockwise between panels available. 
  2. F4: Repeat the last action. 
  3. Shift + F6: Move counter-clockwise between panels available. 
  4. Alt + Shift + Arrow Left: Move one paragraph above. 
  5. Alt + Shift + Right Arrow: Move one paragraph down. 
  6. Alt + Shift + Arrow Down: Moves the selected paragraphs down. 
  7. Alt + Shift + Arrow Up: Moves the selected paragraphs up. 
  8. Ctrl + Shift +>: Enlarge the size of the font. 
  9. Ctrl + Shift + CTRL + M: Adding a new slide. 
  10. Alt + Shift + F9: Show / hide ruler. 
  11. Shift + F3: Set the writing of letters, for example, when you type in "In The Middle Of A Gun Fight", with pressing Shift + F3, you will see several options, such as "In the middle of a gun fight", "IN THE MIDDLE OF A GUN FIGHT", or "in the middle of a gun fight". 
  12. Ctrl + Home: Move directly to the beginning the first word in the text container. 
  13. Ctrl + End: Move directly to the end of the last word in the text container. 
  14. Alt + Right Arrow: Rotate objects selected slides 15 degrees clockwise. 
  15. Alt + Arrow Left: Rotates the object selected slide 15 degrees anticlockwise 
Note: This shortcut will work in PowerPoint 2013 and 2016 (why / dew)
